My Last Day in Cornwall

I'm back up to London in the morning. The magic of this place and my incredible family have got me back on my feet again over the past three weeks, but today I've been trying to kick away the nagging anxiety that's creeping upon me again like a wizened old friend.

We walked along stunning coastline this morning and I was trying to 'pocket it all up' into my memory... saving it up for a rainy day in London. On a small headland, high above the sea, we found a perfect bench-shaped granite rock. With bluebells and golden gorse falling away from us, we chattered together. Eyes closed. Warmth. Sea-song. I love these things and I am already missing them all.
